Spectacular Star Family Membership Site Terms and Conditions

Welcome to the Spectacular Star Family community! These Terms and Conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of our membership site. By accessing and using the site, you agree to comply with these terms. Please read them carefully.

The Spectacular Star Family membership site offers a variety of services and community features (collectively, “Services”) for members. Membership Eligibility

To become a member of the Spectacular Star Family, you must be at least 18 years old. By registering for membership, you confirm that you meet this age requirement.

Account Registration

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete. You are responsible for safeguarding your password and for all activities that occur under your account.

Membership Fees

Membership fees are outlined on our website. By registering for a membership, you agree to pay the specified fees. Fees are subject to change, and members will be notified of any changes in advance.

Payment Authorization

By subscribing to the Spectacular Star Family, you authorize Bluestar Brandz Inc. to process the credit card on file for all upcoming membership fees on a monthly basis until you choose to cancel your subscription. This authorization remains in effect until you cancel your subscription according to our Cancellation and Refund Policy.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

You may cancel your membership at any time without incurring any penalties. Upon cancellation, you will continue to have access to the community until the end of your current billing cycle. No refunds will be issued for the remaining days of the current billing period.

Right to Revoke Access for Non-Payment

Bluestar Brandz Inc. reserves the right to revoke access to the Spectacular Star Family membership site and its services for any member who fails to make timely payments. Access will be restored upon receipt of all outstanding payments.

Code of Conduct

Members are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful and courteous manner. Harassment, discrimination, and abusive behavior will not be tolerated. Members who violate this code of conduct may have their membership terminated without refund.

Right to Use Content

By posting or uploading any content to the Spectacular Star Family membership site, you grant Bluestar Brandz Inc. a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, and fully sublicensable right to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, perform, and display such content throughout the world in any media. You represent and warrant that you own or otherwise control all of the rights to the content that you post or upload, and that the use of your content by Bluestar Brandz Inc. does not infringe upon or violate the rights of any third party.

Intellectual Property Rights

All content provided within the Spectacular Star Family community, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and videos, is the intellectual property of Bluestar Brandz Inc. and its affiliates. Members may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content without explicit permission.

Children's Privacy Statement

This children's privacy statement explains our practices with respect to the online collection and use of personal information from children under the age of thirteen and provides important information regarding their rights under federal law with respect to such information.

Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that jurisdiction.

The membership site and all products and services featured on it are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Bluestar Brandz Inc. expressly disclaims all warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including, without limitation, any warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
