By registering, you are granted a non-transferable, non-exclusive, revocable license to participate in the Spectacular Bible Study program for personal, non-commercial spiritual development. Unauthorized recording, distribution, or commercial use of materials is prohibited.
2. VOLUNTARY PARTICIPATION AND DONATIONS
Spectacular Bible Study is a free membership program. There is no obligation or requirement to pay, donate, or contribute financially. All donations are entirely voluntary and are appreciated to help support our mission. Donations are non-refundable under any circumstance.
3. DONATION DISTRIBUTION
All donations made to PowerCircle, Inc. may be used at the sole discretion of the organization to further its educational and spiritual mission. Donors acknowledge that funds may be allocated and distributed without prior notice or approval and waive any right to direct the use of such donations. Donors also acknowledge and agree that they do not have a legal or contractual right to inspect, request, or control the distribution, allocation, or reporting of individual donations, unless required by law. All contributions are made without restriction, unless expressly stated in writing and formally accepted by the organization.
4. NON-DISCRIMINATION POLICY
PowerCircle, Inc. does not discriminate on the basis of religion, denomination, belief system, race, gender, age, sexual orientation, nationality, or any other characteristic. Spectacular Bible Study is open and welcoming to all individuals regardless of personal background or spiritual affiliation.
5. TEACHING DISCLAIMER
All teachings and content provided through Spectacular Bible Study reflect the unique interpretations, understandings, and viewpoints of the facilitators and organization. Participants are encouraged to explore the teachings thoughtfully, verify interpretations independently, and are not required to agree with the content presented.
6. CODE OF CONDUCT
Participants agree to:
- Engage respectfully with hosts and fellow participants,
- Avoid any abusive, discriminatory, or disruptive behavior,
- Not solicit donations or promote outside products or services during any session or in affiliated groups. Violation of these expectations may result in removal from sessions or the community.
7. OPTIONAL SHARING OF PERSONAL INFORMATION
Participants may voluntarily share personal information, including name, contact information, and testimonials. Such sharing is done at their own risk. PowerCircle, Inc. is not responsible for how third parties may use information shared by participants.
8. EMOTIONAL DISCLOSURE WAIVER
Participation may involve personal sharing, emotional discussions, or reflections.
Participants understand that:
(a) Sharing is entirely voluntary,
(b) PowerCircle, Inc. does not provide licensed therapeutic or clinical services,
(c) The organization is not liable for emotional, psychological, or reputational impact,
(d) Confidentiality cannot be guaranteed in group settings.
9. SELF-CARE AND WELLNESS
Participants are encouraged to take care of their own physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being while participating. Activities such as deep reflection, meditation, or extended sitting are voluntary and done at the participant’s own risk. Breaks should be taken as needed.
10. SAFETY AND ATTENDANCE CONSIDERATIONS
Participants should attend from a safe and private environment. Participation while driving or operating machinery is prohibited. Safety concerns or incidents may be reported to [email protected].
11. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted by law, participants release PowerCircle, Inc. and its affiliates, facilitators, staff, and volunteers from any claims, damages, losses, or liabilities arising from participation, technical issues, use of content, or interactions within the study. Liability is expressly limited to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.
12. MODIFICATION AND TERMINATION
PowerCircle, Inc. reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any part of the Spectacular Bible Study program at any time. PowerCircle, Inc. also reserves the right to cancel, reschedule, or change the timing and format of any Bible Study session, meeting, or activity with or without prior notice, for any reason, at its sole discretion. Continued participation after any changes constitutes acceptance of revised terms.
13. COMPLIANCE WITH LAWS
Participants agree to comply with all applicable local, state, and federal laws during participation.
14. CONSENT TO RECORDING AND USE OF LIKENESS
Participants acknowledge that sessions may be recorded. By participating, they grant PowerCircle, Inc. the right to use their voice, likeness, and contributions (verbal or written) for educational, promotional, or documentary purposes, without additional notice or compensation.
15. FORCE MAJEURE
PowerCircle, Inc. is not liable for any delays or disruptions caused by factors beyond its control, including natural disasters, government mandates, or technical failures.
16. GOVERNING LAW AND ARBITRATION
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, specifically those applicable within Miami-Dade County. Any disputes shall be resolved by binding arbitration conducted in Miami, Florida. Class actions are not permitted.
17. INDEMNIFICATION AND CLASS ACTION WAIVER
Participants agree to indemnify and hold harmless PowerCircle, Inc. and its affiliates, officers, staff, and volunteers from any claims, liabilities, or expenses arising from their participation or conduct. All disputes must be handled on an individual basis; class or collective actions are waived.
18. PRIVACY POLICY
By registering, you acknowledge and agree to the collection, use, and sharing of your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy. The Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and safeguard your data, and your rights related to that information. Participants must be at least 13 years of age or have parental consent if younger.
19. ELECTRONIC COMMUNICATIONS CONSENT
By registering or participating, you consent to receive all communications, notices, agreements, and disclosures from PowerCircle, Inc. electronically, including via email or text. You agree that these electronic communications satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be in writing.
20. AGE RESTRICTION
This program is intended for individuals 13 years of age and older. If you are under 13, you may not participate without express parental or guardian consent. By registering, you confirm that you meet this requirement.
21. NO PROFESSIONAL ADVICE
All materials, teachings, and guidance provided through Spectacular Bible Study are for informational and spiritual purposes only. They do not constitute legal, medical, therapeutic, financial, or professional advice. Participants are encouraged to seek qualified professionals for such matters as needed.
22. THIRD-PARTY CONTENT AND LINKS
The program may reference or link to third-party content, resources, or services. PowerCircle, Inc. is not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of any third-party websites or materials. Use of external links is at your own discretion.
23. VOLUNTEER PARTICIPATION
Spectacular Bible Study may be supported in part by volunteers. By participating, you acknowledge that these individuals are not acting as employees or agents of PowerCircle, Inc., and the organization is not liable for actions taken by volunteers outside the scope of authorized duties.
24. COPYRIGHT AND INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All materials, teachings, graphics, videos, and digital assets associated with Spectacular Bible Study are the property of PowerCircle, Inc. and are protected by copyright law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or publicly share any part of the program without prior written consent.
